Abaca Baking Company has become synonymous to breakfast dining with its selection of handcrafted baked goods, exquisite coffee blends, and savoury delights available in their nine branches around Cebu.

Their special “spam”, made with premium smoked ham and pork shoulder spices, is featured in two of their new dishes: The Homemade Spam & Egg, with onions and herb potato hash; and the Breakfast Fried Rice with Spam, Mushroom, Asparagus and Tomato, which is a new take on their popular rice dish.

Their American Omelette combines three eggs with cheddar, Swiss, and mozzarella cheese along with a choice of ham, bacon, or mushroom and peppers; while the Bakery Benedict with Salad tops a toasted English muffin with two poached eggs and a generous serving of tarragon hollandaise, served with potato hash, asparagus, and dressed greens.

To add to its beverages, Abaca Baking Coffee serves Coffee Jelly, Dark Mocha, Salted Caramel, and Java Chip Frozen Drinks with add-ons such as choco chip or coffee jelly, or an extra shot of Chocolate, Madagascar Vanilla, Salted Caramel, or English Toffee syrup. Pure fruit smoothies are also available, including the Mango Banana Blueberry and the Strawberry Blueberry Banana.

Try ABC’s Homemade Spam & Egg at Robinsons Galleria and their American Omelette, Bakery Ben with Salad and Vegetarian Fried Rice at The Terraces at Ayala Center Cebu and Crossroads Mall in Banilad. Visit ABC’s other branches at the 2/F of Rustan’s 2F, Ayala Center Cebu, Paseo Arcenas in Banawa, Robinsons Cybergate, TGU Tower and Filinvest Cyberzone in IT Park, and The Northwing of SM City Cebu.
