Lotte Delima: Health and Wellness Advocate

Lotte Delima walked the runway of fashion design and navigated the fast-paced corridors of corporate hospitality for 13 years, but her true calling lay elsewhere. After an accomplished career in both creative and corporate worlds, she found her purpose in wellness. For over six years now, she has been a dedicated wellness coach in Singapore—guiding others toward balance, health, and fulfillment in what she calls the most rewarding chapter of her journey yet.
What do you love about your job or career?
My brand, ThreeE—Embrace, Evolve, Energize—isn’t just a philosophy; it’s my personal transformation story. What I love most? Bringing joy to people. Watching them move, heal, and rediscover their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I thrive on creating an environment that lifts energy and inspires. Whether it’s through my studio, Yoga on the Roof, or leading wellness retreats across the world, my mission is clear: to make well-being an experience, not a chore. And I get to do what I love, with people I love, in places I love—what could be better?
How many hours of sleep do you require?
I run on six hours of sleep—just enough to function but not enough to keep me from questioning my life choices at 5 AM when I wake up for sunrise yoga. But hey, it’s worth it when I see my students glowing after class!
What keeps you fit?
Let’s just say my job is my workout. I teach 7-9 hours of yoga and Pilates daily, plus I run HIIT bodyweight bootcamps (because I like to keep things interesting). Add to that my love for home-cooked meals with high-quality ingredients, and that’s my secret. Fitness, for me, isn’t about punishment—it’s about energy, movement, and balance. Oh, and I’m about to launch an online wellness program covering all these secrets, so stay tuned!
What current television series are you glued to now?
Landman. It’s a gripping watch about the battle between corporate power and personal integrity. Greed, ambition, and life-changing decisions—basically, it’s a mirror of the real world, just with better cinematography.
What kind of watch do you constantly wear?
I don’t wear a watch. My timepiece is my intuition. Practicing mindfulness with time keeps me present, aware, and—dare I say—punctual (which, as a Filipina, wasn’t always my strong suit!). Now, I trust my inner clock, and it’s never let me down.
Is there a piece of jewelry you cannot be without?
My heart. Once upon a time, as a runway model, I was all about the flashy accessories—designer bags, jewelry, shoes. But as I’ve evolved, I’ve realized the most valuable treasures aren’t worn; they’re felt. Love, compassion, and kindness—those are the real gems I carry with me every day.
Who is your favorite fashion designer?
Elie Saab. He’s my constant inspiration whenever I create a new collection. His work speaks to me—elegance with an edge, just the way I like it.

Favorite restaurant to eat in Singapore?
One standout restaurant in Singapore was Kubo by Chef Kurt Sombrero, which elevated Filipino cuisine to new heights. Though it closed due to rising rents, Chef Kurt continues to share his culinary magic through private dining and Kanto, his latest venture bringing gourmet experiences to homes—including our own rooftop in Singapore. Every meal with him is more than dining; it’s a celebration of food, culture, and artistry.

Who is your ideal dinner partner?
Someone who makes me laugh—genuinely, effortlessly, and without trying too hard. An alpha male who’s secure enough to embrace me as I am and roll with the quirks of Lotte-land. Bonus points if he can handle deep conversations, spontaneous adventures, and my obsession with good food!

Joseph Jumapao–The Many Facets of a Modern Renaissance Man

Though Joseph Jumapao works as a registered nurse in Palm Beach, Florida, his true calling lies in the pursuit of “the good life.” His various interests define his mercurial personality and steadfast character. Joseph is an avid arts and antiques connoisseur, as well as a jewelry designer for his own company, AAL. If the mood allows, he dabbles in gardening, sings occasionally as a member of the choir of St. Edward’s in Palm Beach, and more importantly, considers himself a “perpetual, lustful voyager.”
What is it that you love about your current profession?
I enjoy the challenge and strategic decision-making involved in acute care physical therapy, and I’m also drawn to the flexibility it offers.
How many hours of sleep do you require?
Five hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep.
What keeps you fit?
Gardening helps me, along with long walks and maintaining a good diet — that’s always part of my agenda.

Le Pavillon in New York

My appreciation for fine dining is quite varied, but Le Pavillon in New York is at the top. Once, I hosted a birthday dinner there for my friend Stephen Aznar — it was amazing!

Frari Triptych by Giovanni Bellini
What was the last piece of art you pondered on?
The Frari Triptych by Giovanni Bellini in the Basilica Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari in Venice, Italy.

Postcard moments from Capri, Italy — where turquoise waters, sunlit cliffs, and la dolce vita never go out of style.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Italy — because of the way Italians are so passionate about their pursuit of la dolce vita. The country has everything that I love: food, wine, art, and fashion. Being a practicing Roman Catholic, I can attend Mass daily. When I travel, I always strive to find a balance between the mundane and the holy.
