Brunch is one of those leisurely meals we indulge in on the weekends. After all, breakfast is delicious, but a lot of the people I know aren’t early risers. Brunch is the perfect compromise between having your pancakes, and sleeping in a little bit more.

I love going out to brunch with friends. It instantly brightens my day, and conversations can go well into the later hours of the afternoon.
So when SOHO Park launched their Exclusive Brunch Club, I was excited to try it out.
Offering a deluxe three-course menu, mimosas, artisanal coffee, prosecco, and music from DJ Marvin–who wouldn’t be? Tables are by reservation only, emphasizing the exclusivity. The experience is made more worthwhile with the presence of other people who share the same love for brunch, definitely feeling like a club.

“Here, you can get together with like-minded people and kickstart your weekend,” Rob Leonhardt, Chef and Operations Manager, says. He shares that SOHO Park takes a lot of inspiration from what goes on in New York.
“I was inspired by Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” Loue Manuel, SOHO Park’s president, shares with a laugh. “We’re hoping that brunch becomes a big thing here in Cebu.”

If it wasn’t yet, then it definitely will be at SOHO Park. Guests are given a platter of freshly baked breads and pastries to start. They can then choose from a wide selection of brunch meals, and finish with a light, sweet dessert.
I, for one, have a feeling I will be starting off many Saturdays here.
The SOHO Park Brunch Club is every Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
