fitness with Wellness Weekends, a series of healthy snack buffets and exhilarating indoor group exercises, held every Saturday of September. It will feature fitness activities led by Anytime Fitness instructors, paired with a scrumptious snack set of healthy fare – an exciting preview of the hotel’s Pusô Bistro &amp; Bar’s new healthy a la carte menu. Registration per session is at PHP500 net per person.</p>
<p>Bust a sweat while having fun and be among the first to savor the hotel’s new<br />
healthy menu. Each session features a different items delightful bites such as egg white vegetable muffins, buckwheat aglio olio pasta, mushroom quinoa burger, and veggie wraps. The snack set also includes fruit skewers and detox beverage. Dance without question in Zumba on September 8. Show your hiphop dancing skills in Body Beats on September 15 and September 29. Or you can also go for the intense circuit training Functional 50 on September 22. Activity starts at 5PM.</p>
<p>The fitness activities will be facilitated by instructors of global fitness brand Anytime Fitness, which locates in three areas in Cebu City: Anytime Fitness Cebu Business Park and Anytime Fitness Escario. Anytime Fitness Oakridge is set to open soon as well. As a treat to Cebu&amp;#39;s fitness aficionados, all Anytime Fitness members enjoy an exclusive discount of 20% at Pusô Bistro Bar&#8217;s lunch or dinner buffet throughout the month of September.</p>
<p>Pusô Bistro &amp;amp; Bar also offers an extensive healthy selection in the lunch or dinner buffet as well – including a DIY salad bar with a tasty selection of leafy greens, dressings and toppings as you prep and make your own healthy treat.
