<p>Dong Juan has three major branches in Cebu and the one in Persimmon [Mabolo] was closest to where I live. The ambiance was warm and I&#8217;m sure many people would like it. Dong Juan is best known for their extra juicy burgers but they also serve a variety of pasta; one of which is their Gambas Al Ajillo [<em>Garlic Shrimp</em>] Pasta.&nbsp;</p>

<p>When told the waiter my order, she relayed it to the chef and I can hear the kitchen cooking up the meal which made one&#8217;s mouth water. It took about 15mins for my order to arrive and believe me, it was worth it. It was served on a simple tray together with iced tea.</p>
<p>The first bite will surely make your eyebrows arch high because the way they cooked their pasta is perfect- not to dry and not to oily- it makes you want to take another one. The shrimp was juicy and tender which will not disappoint you.</p>
<p>On a side note: other than the Garlic Shrimp Pasta, part of their pasta menu is Linguini Meatballs, Salami Ham Pasta, Chorizo Pasta and Pacific Pasta.&nbsp;</p>
<p>When the dish was finished, it only made me think of one thing:&nbsp;<em>I need to come back here.&nbsp;</em>And I&#8217;m sure, you&#8217;ll do it too.</p>
