<p>The Mia Arcenas brand, which caters to the modern-day woman, is all about one-of-a-kind resort wear and fashion accessories that are designed and handmade in the Philippines. It hopes to emphasize Filipino craftsmanship and ingenuity using precious silks and local materials to create high valued products that best represent the country.
