Founded by Kim Cam Jones in May, the brand redefines the conventional notions of the digital retail space through championing slow, intentional, conscious consumption. Featuring the collaboration between the distinctive talents of independent creatives and Kim Jones, The Fore exhibits limited edition, exclusive designer pieces. In this space, the brand recognizes and celebrates both the dichotomies and similitudes present in the art of collaboration.
“The heart of The Fore is built on the idea of highlighting others and giving my audience access to that. This was born from seeing a gap in the market and wanting to fill that for customers who want access to new, interesting pieces that support independent designers,” Kim shares.
The first collaboration, dubbed the Kim Cam Jones × Ken Samudio” collection, collection’s highlights three main lines: Clonfert, The Serra, and The Meudon. All these are accessories that function as wearable art.
Each pair is “configurable”, which means it can be adjusted and worn however the user would like. The collection comes in five bold colours which may be “configured” to the wearer’s preference: white, black, red, blue, and yellow.
It’s a great accessory that instantly spices up a plain outfit, and can be worn even on formal occasions as well. Check out the gallery to see the pieces!
