<p>Cebu&#8217;s only bar dedicated to Hip-Hop music is a popular destination to partygoers. Especially because it&#8217;s so much easier to dance to its music, admit it. Make sure you go early (around 9pm) if you want a table, or risk standing by the bar, at the center of the crowd or outside. Because yes, it gets that packed.&nbsp;</p>
