The wine Rosé has become popular among Filipinos, especially wine drinkers, for its distinct taste and color. Jeroen Kok, founder of Melchior, grew up in Provence which is known for being the most consistent and good at making Rosé. Since Rosé is a “summer wine” in France, Jeroen Kok found it great for Cebu’s weather, so he has brought their authentic and award-winning Rosé to the Queen City of the South. Cebuanos can enjoy their very own bottle of Rosé to pair with popular local food such as lechon.
